Calm Quest –Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Calm Quest, each experience is carefully curated and scheduled with hosts and venues to ensure a meaningful and personal experience. Because availability is limited, we require a deposit to secure each booking.

Booking Deposit

To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit is required.

This deposit secures the experience date, time, and host availability.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable as they are used to reserve and prepare the experience.

Remaining Balance

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the experience takes place, unless otherwise communicated during the booking process.

Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in the booking being released.

Cancellations

If a guest cancels a booking:

The 50% deposit is non-refundable

Additional payments made beyond the deposit may be subject to cancellation terms depending on the experience

Because each experience is curated and scheduled in advance, last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

Rescheduling

Where possible, Calm Quest may allow one reschedule request, provided that:

The request is made at least 48 hours before the experience

The host or venue has availability for the new date

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to host availability.

Host or Weather Changes

Some experiences are affected by factors such as:

Weather conditions

Ocean conditions

Venue availability

Host scheduling changes

If an experience must be postponed due to these circumstances, Calm Quest will offer:

A rescheduled date, or

An alternative experience where appropriate

No-Shows

Guests who do not attend their scheduled experience without prior notice will forfeit all payments made, including the deposit.
