Beautiful Breeze Cottage sits among the stunning hills of the Dargle Valley. It overlooks 3 tranquil dams, rolling pastures and an indigenous forest. There are cattle and horses in the fields, abundant bird life to enjoy and peacefulness to breath in. It's the perfect place to recharge while escaping the pressures of city life and with the Midlands Meander on our doorstep you can be as busy or as quiet as you choose. The farm is now fully off Eskom power so load shedding is a distant memory.
The space
The whole cottage is yours to enjoy. There are no overlooking neighbours and it's easy to imagine that you are miles from anywhere, but in fact Piggly Wiggly is just down the road and Howick is only 20kms away.
Please take note Vodacom signal is good but MTN signal is a little more tricky, we do have it on the farm but you'll need to take a walk up the hill to find it. We are now off Eskom and fully on solar power, so no more load-shedding! But we do ask you to exercise caution when using anything electrical. A visit here is designed to leave the stresses of the city far behind and for you to unplug and relax.

Other things to note
Bring a pair of walking or running shoes to enjoy the many beautiful places to explore on the farm. Bring your swimming costume for a dip in one of the 4 dams or the river, especially refreshing on a hot summers day. Bring a book to read if sitting on a lounger, relaxing while overlooking nature is your thing. Bring a fishing rod if fishing for bass is a way of unwinding for you. Bring your children if safe, open spaces to run in, natural water to swim in and farm animals to watch or pat sounds appealing. Here you can choose to be as busy or as quiet as your whims dictate.
