Welcome to our lovely, sunny house at the seaside. Fairhaven is a cosy & safe home-away-from-home located in Waves Edge, Blouberg - for your exclusive private use during your stay. A short 300m stroll straight down the road to world famous Kite Beach & Blouberg Beach along the Promenade, with spectacular views of iconic Table Mountain & Robben Island. Fairhaven is close to great cafes, restaurants, shops and shopping centres, with wine country 20 minutes away I'm sure you'll love it here!

The space

We accommodate up to 4 guests, who have exclusive use of all facilities - a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room & breakfast room, a bathroom with shower, an outdoor pool (with safety net when needed), a large patio with sun loungers, plus a Weber for barbecues, as well as an enclosed courtyard garden. With complimentary 24 hour uncapped fibre Wifi, & Netflix, Britbox & Showmax TV channels, the house is perfect for Holidaymakers & Corporate Guests alike; Families with children (note: our pool has a safety net); Couples & Friends; Kite Surfers; Wind Surfers; Cyclists, Golfers; Birdwatchers; Solo Adventurers; small Groups and for City Dwellers wanting a seaside break! The house is within close walking distance to a variety of attractions & activities in the area, beachfront restaurants, coffee shops, bars, clubs, ATM's, convenience & speciality shops & shopping malls, 20 minutes drive from City Centre & the V&A Waterfront.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and garden, and can enjoy their meals indoors or outdoors on the spacious pool patio, or in the sunny, enclosed courtyard garden You have full use of the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and breakfast room leading onto the patio. There is free secure onsite parking for 2 cars behind a locked gate. The house is well-protected with 24 hour armed response security, electric fencing, beams and CCTV, and is fully burglar-barred.

No parties or events are permitted at any time.

Guests are requested to take their personal laundry to the nearby laundry, Clean & Fresh, located in Blue Waters Centre, Porterfield Road.

The pool has a safety net Installed, for optional use
