Arrive at Cape Town Freediving and settle in! Snap a few photos at our kelp forest murals while we wait for the group to gather — excitement begins the moment you walk in.

🌱 Kelp Forest Crash Course
Before diving in, you’ll learn about the rich ecosystem of the Great African Sea Forest — one of the last thriving kelp forests on the planet. We’ll share stories, facts, and insights that will deepen your connection to what you’re about to experience.

🧤 Gear Up & Get Safe
We provide everything you need — wetsuits, snorkels, fins, and a bright yellow buoy for added safety and ease. Our suits are buoyant, so floating through the forest feels effortless — even for kids and beginners.

🚐 Scenic Ride to Snorkel Site
Depending on the weather and sea conditions, we’ll select the ideal snorkel spot for calm waters, good visibility, and low wind. Along the way, enjoy local insights and stunning views of Cape Town’s coast.

🌊 Snorkel Briefing & Entry
Once at the site, we walk you through the route, safety checks, and snorkel tips. For nervous swimmers or first-timers — don’t worry. We’ll ease you into the water and support you every step of the way.

🐙 Kelp Forest Encounters
